The Ultimate Beginner Meditation Online 5 Day Course
This online live meditation course spans over 4 weeks. We meet every Wednesday online for an hour learn different meditation techniques and topics.

Kids Movement + Mindfulness PD
A fun a energetic workshop learning Kids Movement and Mindfulness techniques, engaging games and calming meditations for infants to 5 y/olds.
Who is it for? Early Childcare Educators
What you will learn:
What is Movement + Mindfulness
How to build confidence, encourage emotional expression and increase body awareness with the children
How to build connection and a feeling of belonging through games, activities and experiences
Meditation and Breathing concepts for different ages
How to theme your session for each age group
Time to reflect + journal and run your own session

Slow Yoga + Meditation Classes
These Classes are for Educators and people who work with little people
In these classes you will learn:
We’ll dive deep into our bodies with Slow Flow Yoga. Focusing on areas; arms, wrists, hips. This is not fast yoga, you are there to relax, move and get into any tight areas.
We’ll dive deep into meditation slowly. You’ll learn different techniques, what meditation is and how to bring meditation into your everyday life.
Classes are best done in a 6 week or blocks to get all the benefits.
