Payment Options
Option 1 - We Manage The Nanny
We will take care of the entire recruitment process, including interviews, legal requirements, and reference checks. We'll present 1-3 suitable candidates, and once you’ve chosen the perfect nanny for you, we'll employ them long-term.
The Recruitment fee is anywhere from 5% - 10% of your Nanny’s Annual Salary.
You'll enjoy nanny security and stress-free obligations, as we take care of everything. We employ your Nanny and are responsible for your nanny's wage, superannuation, payroll, PAYG, administration, and GST. We also mentor your Nanny with monthly catch ups!
Option 2 - You Manage The Nanny
We will help you find the perfect nanny by taking care of the recruitment process, including interviews, legal requirements, and reference checks. Once we find 1-3 suitable candidates, we present them to you.
The Recruitment Fee is anywhere from 5% - 10% of your Nanny’s Annual Salary.
We have a 4-week guidance period to ensure your satisfaction with your nanny, and then you can choose to employ your nanny privately through our recommended company Nanny Pay or on your own through their ABN.
