6 WEEK SLOW YOGA + MEDITATION COURSE
I’m Sarah and I’ll be guide. Having worked in the industry for almost all my life I know how much this practice has supported me and my interactions with children. Often when we are working in such a fast paced room we forget about our physical, mnedntal and emotional well being. These classes will bring all that back into balance and provide a space for your nervous system to slow down. As we move and meditate together you’ll find that your nervous system actually needs it.

What you’ll learn:
We’ll dive deep into our bodies with Slow Flow Yoga. Focusing on areas; arms, wrists, hips. This is not fast yoga, you are there to relax, move and get into any tight areas.
We’ll dive deep into meditation slowly. You’ll learn different techniques, what meditation is and how to bring meditation into your life
*This is great pre-course to the Kids Movement + Mindfulness Workshop
6 Week Course allows us time to fully integrate what we have learn’t into our workplace and personal lives.
